Action Trackporter® Joystick Replacement (Quantum Transmitter)

Repair: Action Trackporter® Joystick Replacement (Quantum Transmitter)
Model: Action Trackporter® H24 & H24R
Required Tools:

  • 1/4 inch socket
  • socket extension
  • small cross-tip screwdriver

Estimated Repair Time: 15-20 Minutes

  1. On the bottom of the transmitter, locate and remove the four (4) screws.
  2. Carefully detach the bottom of the transmitter
  3. While supporting the joystick assembly, locate the Ny-Lock nuts.
  4. Hold the Ny-Lock nut with the 1/4 inch socket while removing each screw (4)
  5. Remove the joystick assembly from the transmitter and unplug the wires.
  6. Plug the wires into the new joystick assembly.
  7. Align the tab to face towards the front of the transmitter (enable button).
  8. Replace the four (4) screws and secure with Ny-Lock nuts.
  9. Carefully secure bottom plate back on the transmitter and secure with the cross-tip screws using a screwdriver.
